Gatundu South lawmaker Moses Kuria has claimed that the Jubilee Party will place NASA leader Raila Odinga under house arrest.

According to Kuria, Odinga will be arrested if he tries to block the October 17.

This is after Raila said that said that the opposition will not go to the polls if no major changes  before going for the repeat polls.

Raila will face Jubilee Party chief President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Through his Facebook account on Sunday, Kuria said they are prepared for the repeat presidential poll and that nothing can stop them.

"If Raila tries to stop us from voting on October 17, we will place him under house arrest just the way we did Jaramogi [Oginga Odinga]."

Kuria has appeared in court several times over his utterances aginst Raila.
